Telephone Ordering : Sorry, we are unable to accept telephone orders at this time - as an online business, we always strive to keep our prices as low as possible and we are not able to offer telephone ordering services at this time. However, we will be pleased to answer any product or sales questions you may have.

Ordering Methods

On-line: Use our Shopping Cart to order on line with confidence. Modern Wax Seals uses SSL security to protect your sensitive information while in transit over the Internet. Credit card numbers are encrypted when stored on the server and they are never sent through e-mail. You will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail of your order. We can assure you of the integrity of our system and we do not disclose your private information to anyone. However, if you do not wish to leave your credit card information in our system when checking out, you may place your order by selecting "Check by Mail", add a Message "Will call with Credit Card Number" in the comment box at the end of your order. Then please call us with the credit card information during our Customer Service business hours.

By Fax: You may fax your order 24 hours a day to:239-592-6254. Please be sure to include all necessary information or print out your order form.

By Mail: Print out and mail your order to: PO Box 112469, Naples FL 34108

24 Hour Order Status: We offer real time order status and tracking information if you sign up for an account(with your email AND a password) when you order. Then, simply log in to your account,and the status of your order will be displayed, along with comments we may make about your order, if applicable.You can also make changes to your order up until the time we have retrieved it for processing. At that time, your order status will show as "locked". Any order changes after that time may not be possible, and may be subject to a re-packing fee. If there are any back-order notifications, they are in your order notes within your account. Most of your other Order Processing Questions should also be answered in our Help section.
