Initial Minimum Order Requirement $350 of Stock Product plus purchase of $75 Custom Program

Annual Minimum Ordering Levels: $300 of Custom and Stock Product combined. If you do not reach this minimum after 12 months of initial purchase, the custom discounts will no longer be applicable.
